Anyone can fill your stomach, but only very few can fill your heart. We reached Amma hotel at 12.30 on a working day. Within minutes the place was fully occupied. The smell of fish fry welcomed us. The people of Amma hotel served us with so much love that it added an extra flavor to our rice. Now about the food... The fish fry is heavenly. Mind you, it is spicy, not for the faint-hearted... The fish is fried to the right consistency. The addition of the spice mix on top of the fish is what makes it truly yummy... They welcomed us to their kitchen to show how they prepare the yummiest fish fry. When they saw that my son didn't eat lunch, they were so kind that they packed food for him.
